The New Year started with good intentions, even though we were rather disappointed that the pub we'd planned on visiting on the walk was closed. Besides energetic walks, we had a couple of trips to London to the theatre: once on my birthday to see "Twelfth Night" and once with the rest of the family to see "Edward Scissorhands"- Katy and Mark's Christmas present to us all. After the show we managed to arrive at Shelley's 30th birthday party in Soho before it finished.
